Handling and storage

- Thaw what you need.
- Consume within 48 hours of thawing.

This foie gras can be cooked when it is frozen or semi-thawed.
*Recommended to cook it in frozen state*
- 1.5 min each side on high heat, HOT pan
- Transfer to a preheated oven (180°C) for 3-5 minutes.
- 1.5 min each side on mid/low heat, HOT pan, serve immediately.
