What is a tomahawk steak?
It is bone-in rib steak, with a shape resembling tomahawk axe, thus the name Tomahawk steak.
Grain fed, marbled Black Angus has the right balance of fats and beefiness.
A perfect choice for all BBQ lovers, we love using cuts with bone for cooking over direct fire. It adds so much more flavors.
Best served medium rare to medium, seasoned lightly with sea salt and black pepper.
